FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Questions? Let’s clear them up.

Most trainings dump information and hope it sticks. This is different.
These workshops are live and hands-on. I teach a concept briefly, then your team immediately applies it to a real challenge they’re facing. It might be clarifying a campaign message, persuading a stakeholder, or uncovering the real issue beneath a vague problem.
Instead of watching a video and moving on, your team thinks, discusses, and builds clarity in real time. They walk away with progress on something that matters and a sharper, more strategic way of thinking they can use again.
-
They’re live, online, and fully interactive, usually 60 to 90 minutes.
We meet on Zoom, Teams, or whatever platform your team uses. I guide the session using a custom-built Miro board so your team isn’t just listening, they’re thinking, writing, mapping, and solving in real time.
We apply the concept directly to a live problem. I walk you through the exercise, answer questions as they come up, and make sure the team stays engaged and moving forward. It’s active, collaborative, and built to make the learning stick.

Most of the workshops focus on helping people think more strategically, no matter what role they’re in. That includes skills like uncovering the real problem, generating stronger ideas, testing those ideas, and communicating them with clarity and influence.
Whether it’s a messaging challenge, a stuck project, or a tough decision, the workshops are built around real problems your team is already facing. Each session teaches a practical concept, then applies it right away, so the learning sticks and the work moves forward.
-
Most teams engage through a monthly plan at $2,000/month. That includes a live workshop each month, plus follow-up support to help your team apply what they learned and keep building strategic muscle.
It’s built for teams who want more than a quick hit of training and want lasting growth, clearer thinking, and real momentum.
If you’re wondering whether it’s a fit, I’m happy to talk through what it could look like for your team.

Most teams spend thousands on tools and software but barely invest in how their people think. That’s a mistake.
Professional development isn’t a perk. It’s how teams get sharper, faster, and more strategic. A monthly investment of $2,000 is often less than what one misaligned project costs. And when your team starts thinking more clearly, the return shows up fast in better decisions, tighter execution, and fewer costly do-overs.
If you want your team to level up, it starts with how they think.
-
Not at all.
They’re a great fit for marketing and communications teams, but the truth is, any team that thinks, creates, or solves problems can benefit. I’ve worked with specialized teams, cross-functional groups, and one-on-one with leaders who want to grow. If your team needs to think more clearly, align faster, or make better decisions… you’re in the right place.
-
I come prepared with common challenges that most organizations face so your team can jump in without any prep. But if someone on the team is facing a big, real-world challenge and is willing to share it, we’ll use that as the live scenario.
That person gets the benefit of the whole group thinking on their behalf, while everyone learns together. It makes the session more real, more useful, and a lot more engaging.
-
The trial is a full workshop, not a sample or a watered-down version.
It’s one of the real trainings I use with paying clients, focused on a practical concept your team can use immediately. I run it exactly like I would for a paying engagement, because I want you to see the value for yourself. No fluff. No filler. Just an hour of high-impact thinking applied to something that matters.
-
You’ll feel it and see it in the way your team shows up.
You’ll get fewer questions they should be answering themselves. Less hand-holding. Less rework. They’ll start making smarter calls without needing constant input. You’ll notice better thinking in meetings, more clarity in decisions, and real progress on complex projects.
Because the workshops focus on real challenges, the impact shows up right away: in the work, and in how your team thinks.
-
That’s definitely an option.
I have a set of go-to workshops that cover the most common challenges teams face but if you need something tailored to a specific issue, we can build it. Custom workshops fall outside the standard engagement and come with an additional cost, but they’re a great fit when you’re tackling something unique or high-stakes.
Just let me know what you’re dealing with, and we can talk through what makes sense.
