How it started

Through years of working in marketing, I've had countless conversations with leaders across every industry imaginable. No matter their company size or vertical, the same frustration kept surfacing":

“My team executes well, but they're not thinking strategically.”

Leaders were watching talented people run campaigns without understanding the bigger picture or questioning whether those campaigns should exist at all.

They'd tried online training and conferences, but nothing stuck. Team members would return with buzzwords and big energy, then immediately fall back into tactical mode.

The problem wasn't knowledge, it was that traditional training separates learning from doing. Strategic thinking develops when you're practicing it on real challenges, not sitting in a lecture.

Building Creative became my solution: developing strategic thinkers by having them work on meaningful projects that actually move the business forward.
